But we get to a 12-0 monopoly only because Republicans consistently prove they are unworthy of any respect at all.  Maureen Brody is a fascist and terrorist who admits to getting teargassed trying to storm the U.S. Capitol in the January 6 terrorist attack.  Harry Jackson is a violent wife-beating thug and rancid bigot who has no place in civilized society.  Tony Sabio exposed himself on Twitter as fascist Trump trash approving of violence to keep/put Trump in power.  The list goes on.  The dimwits here championing this pathetic lot of losers are, well, yourselves a pathetic lot of losers.

I'm curious what you creatures on the GOP side think you're going to get for all this.  You just lose everyone's respect whenever people IRL match you with your musings.  Maybe you'd be happier living elsewhere?  People commute from Fauquier and beyond.  You're just embarrassing yourselves into getting zeroed out completely here.  You're certainly not doing Pat Herrity any favors, as he tries to avoid association with his own party to keep surviving in this twilight of his career.

And at a time when we see on the global stage the negative consequences of extreme polarization, demonizing one's political adversaries to this degree - particularly when we all know Democrats will retain control of the School Board and the only issue is whether there's room for any contrary perspectives - is wildly over-the-top and unnecessary. DP. In a more relevant scenario to schools in FCPS, the entire Democrat School Board and Superintendent acted as fascists by overthrowing the right of members of the community to have their voices heard through the results of the survey created by the same FCPS.  They did so because an overwhelming majority of parents, students, and staff didn’t agree with their proposed approach on how to teach sex-ed and the inclusion of gender identity. In the words of Superintendent Reid, “Honestly, the majority doesn’t always dictate, right?”

Come to think about it, they resemble more a dictatorship, which may be why some posters in this thread don’t seem to connect the fascists at the all Democrat School Board with the need to replace them.[/quote]

If the input supports their position, it will be touted as “strong public support.” If it does not, the results will be ignored or discounted, with a typical pretext being that a survey was flawed.

Anyway, the proposal didn't pass so it looks like they did follow "public opinion" after all.

So the only fascism we are left with here is the Republican SB candidate who was tear gassed at the Capitol.
