That is not a criminal enterprise.  You were being sarcastic, but yes, registering an LLC is pretty close.  Getting together to commit a crime or crimes is not a criminal enterprise.
However, 5Georgia RICO is a little different, and this prosecutor managed to label Atlanta Public Schools as a criminal enterprise.[/quote]
