But just as Manchin campaigned as the lone Democrat to support Brett Kavanaugh's confirmation to the Supreme Court in 2018 -- as he pulled off a three-point victory in the deeply red state -- his allies suspect he might do the same if he's the lone Democrat to tank Biden's multi-trillion agenda...

"And whenever Manchin does something that's conservative, like opposing Build Back Better, the people are supportive of that.
