Does he antagonize most of the neighborhood residents, or does he just pick one or two (he finds "threatening") to target?  Is he OCD/relentless/doesn't know when to stop (it seems so, from this incident)?

So intriguing, I've seen this before and it really is fascinating - the gaslighting, etc. Such a troubled man. So glad he is found out, finally - I bet this has been going on for years.

People like this can be potentially dangerous. Do many neighbors pick up and relocate, to live their life in peace, once they find out the truth about him?  Does he have minions that follow and suck up to him (assuming he is dangerous) for appearances, to stay on his good side (ie: not get shot)?

He sounds really easily set off - I wonder how many try to pacify him, and how many refuse to play his twisted games. [/quote]
