Well You do the whining even when you have power BUT can't pass no bills, can't even revoke Obamacare OR EVEN Many EOs Obama passed, including DACA or the fuel efficiency standards(overridden by CA, NY). The dems are setting the agenda even in the minority and when they are in power they pass IR-REVOCABLE bills like Obamacare, legalize gay marriage, financial regulations, etc.
