Not PP, but I agree with that as it's an accurate statement.

Do [i]you[/i] agree that Maryland has laws?

Do you agree that laws should be upheld?

Furthermore, do you agree that the courts (juvenile, district, circuit, et al) and their judicial proceedings should be held in accordance to those laws?

Maryland statute 3-8A-03 states (as it pertains to the juvenile court system):

15 year olds are not adults.  Everyone concedes that.  The law states they [b]will[/b] be tried as adults due to the nature of the offense (and it's punishment).

Or at least charged as adults. The defendant can still petition for a waiver back to juvenile court, as has already been stated.[/quote]
