Right, but he was thinking Kevin would be home before jack left for work the next day, not staying out all night. The note said something like, "if I don't see you before I leave for work tomorrow".

Oh and apparently I'm not the only one wth this theory:

Which maybe means that's  not what happens- again, I think the writers will doing something surprising, especially since it's the episode after the super bowl.[/quote]
