I wonder if anyone in the history of these people have ever turned something down because it actually conflicted with their values…,These people are truly incapable of any self-awareness and seeing how their lives are completely incompatible with the garbage philosophies they're pushing.
Disagree. Normal people DO turn things down if it would cause them to devote so much energy to being a hypocrite. The addictions and overdoses/suicides prove that deep down they are fully self-aware that they are frauds. They fake it for the paycheck. But in their darker lonely hours, when their spouses/children/siblings/best friends exasperatedly scream it at them, they know. They know full well. Jen lives in this tension of bullshite, I promise you.
