I'm not the Cougar parent but since they are rec they may be limited to All Stars.  I think in the Fall it's run by Herndon.  Spring FPYC.[/quote]

Looks like in the Northern region it's only Herndon.  Loudon has U8 only.  The others allowing Rec are in Richmond and in Chesapeake.[/quote]
