In this instance, they are not harming other kids.
What the powers that be are doing with Chantilly/Westfield/Centreville is troubling.  Moving high FARMs out of Centreville and Chantilly over those who are closer.

FWIW, the kids moving out of Westfield to Skyview include lots of high FARMS.  It also includes MC and UMC.[/quote]
