NP. The only way this is weighing on me is that I'm starting to [b]consider applying to outside jobs[/b], when even as recently as last month I truly thought I was in my forever job. And, well, *waves hand at everything*.

That is the goal. If you have outside options, you should go. Well unless you are over 45 because you could be hired and then laid off for ageism. [/quote]
