As PP stated, building and implementing a foundation curriculum by a new TD takes time. We can agree to disagree whether NM was doing that fast enough or well. The TF coaches have a possession-based, long term development approach that I think will serve the club well and I agree that this needs to be extended to all teams. I just think your expectations are unrealistic for how long it will take for those effects to propagate throughout the whole club.

But the right way to raise concerns about TF/NM's performance is in constructive dialogue with the Board or RS or NM. None of the concerns you are raising now were the basis for the disruption in April or justify it. Nor is it fair or accurate to ascribe the harm that came from that disruption to NM rather than to the people actually responsible for it. [/quote]
