His judgement has been in question since day 1. He bent over backwards in appointing Hur because he didn't want to appear partisan. He could have picked from a hundred retiring GOP leaning prosecutors who don't have Hur's baggage, but he didn't. Hur making medical evaluations as a lawyer is sort of a tell, no?

I guess Ivanka at her young age also has a feeble mind and ability to recall, much less everyone else in Trump's orbit who had sudden memory failures.
