Nobody's going to want to rent at higher rates or buy condos in these buildings -- even if the recipients are gone. Damage will have been done.  What will happen is that the landlords will be running a full building of vouchers and the crime in the area will continue to increase. I'm not saying voucher recipients cause an increase in crime, but I am saying the voucher program does. [/quote]
