It’s a residential neighborhood with one strip of retail on one edge (and with some very steep walks). Nothing like the Hill. It’s also shockingly retrograde in terms of bike facilities, so it’s not like the Hill where I can grab a citibike and easily get to Trader Joes or whatever.
