Adding Stanford and Cal and getting them to recruit Notre Dame such that the GOR can be renegotiated. 3 payout tiers with ND getting whatever they need to join, FSU and Clemson getting ~60, and the rest (including Stanford and Cal) remaining about the same.[/quote]
