We have a vacant house in Chandler we inherited recently and my sister has been checking to be sure there is no mail/ballots in the mailbox. I also checked online to make sure my relative's name/address was not used to vote. WHEN Lake wins, expect her to clean house. If Fontes does win, he will be forced out due to his own corruption (look at his history) He's like that Broward County election chief, Snipes, that resigned in humiliation.
The Fontes race has already been called by everyone. He is up over 100k votes and by 5.6%!!
And a called race in the media is not a won race. It’s a perception, especially with as many votes still outstanding as there are. It’s a game that media plays. He might still win but his victory will probably end up VERY narrow, and not nearly with the lead he has now, given the amount of outstanding votes, when they were cast, and where they are from. No matter. I don’t think that Lake will lose this, and if she’s true to her word, she will clean up AZ like DeSantis cleaned up FL. Snipes going down in Broward (and she was corrupt - there is no denying that) made a huge difference. Even CNN had to admit her record was ‘mired in controversy’. Fontes is as bad, if not worse, than she was, in my opinion.
