Wow.  NO.  WRONG WRONG WRONG.  You are NOT allowed to intentionally hit someone just because they were blocking a green light or "not following the rules."

If you have a driver's license, it should be revoked immediately for getting something SO wrong.[/quote]

He didn’t hit him. The biker was able to get out of the way. The biker was deliberately trying to block the convoy. The truck moved slowly forward, not intending to run him down.[/quote]

BS. If you let your car roll forward into someone that's intentional, and he's clearly physical hit but the truck even if he's able to walk away after. I'm not saying that this is the crime of the century or anything but it's a both a traffic violation and possibly more. I had a cousin get probation for deliberately letting her car roll into someone she was having an argument with who was standing in front of her car, actually.[/quote]
