Do you know why the lower level people wear masks? Because we don't have the money or status to defend preferential treatment if we get really sick, by some unfortunate chance.

Doctors and higher level executives know they will be more likely to survive than us poor smucks.

So don't wear masks all you want to, and especially don't wear them in pharmacies and grocery stores, and then have the mask mandate slapped back on when cases go up. Smh.[/quote]

The mask mandate is already coming back despite very few people actually giving them up. The mandate has almost no effect on case rates, and even less on hospitalizations and deaths. Get vaccinated and move on with your lives. At least Stoddard and the council acknowledged that it is time to move past looking at case rates.[/quote]

Its NOT coming back.  MoCo will just change the criteria.

What makes you say that? Besides Freidson, none of the county councilmembers have shown any enthusiasm to get rid of the masks.  What makes you think they will mobilize in the next 24 hours to change the rules?[/quote]
