LF has great teams no doubt they could compete in ECNL as could many teams from GA. But GA is the 2 tier platform for girls. 2nd place isn’t a bad thing it’s just behind first place ecnl.[/quote]

Barf Comment. GA is on a good trajectory to surpass ECNL in quality/ quantity.  The GA has only been around 6 year. ECNL Girls, 15 years.  Any idiot can do the math and see how for and how quickly the GA has come.

Just look at the U12 State Cup final 8 teams in Virginia. 7 ECNL Teams and 1 GA Team.  And I am betting now the GA Team will win it all again. I know that is small sample size, but the soon the uninformed will stop carelessly say the GA is 2nd tier -which it is not.

Lol 😂 cmon that’s crazy no way GA will ever be compared to ECNL as far as number of D1 recruits or number of top 25 nationally ranked teams. The only way that could happen is if NWSL starts a league and merges with Ga. Otherwise GA will always be 2nd place which again is fine.
