Keep everything else (stilettos, turtleneck, jacket) but I think the reason it's looking frumpy from the front is because the skirt cuts her off at the knees. Pants would create a long column to counterbalance the volume in the jacket. I kind of like the idea of juxtaposing the jacket with something more refined for contrast, but I don't think it's working and the proportions are off.[/quote]
