How you can deny the facts? I am an immigration attorney and we have thousands and thousands of Russian males crossed US border in the last 1.5 years applying for asylum. Why is it different when they cross the border with US illegally or when they cross the border with Ukraine illegally? Why are we telling them it is OK to come here, but it is not OK to come to Ukraine and to take Ukrainian resources?[/quote]

Ok we disagree on the interpretation of these facts.

Putin has also launched a big misinformation drive in central and Latin America to encourage more vulnerable people to make the dangerous journey to the US - since trump lost the 2020 election. His intent is not to help Biden but to help Trump by destabilizing the US (Just as he did in Western Europe by blanket bombing Syria.

I don’t blame Russians who don’t want to lose their lives in this cruel and pointless war in Ukraine for trying to escape wherever they can (Many Eastern European and European countries have reported huge increases in Russian asylum seekers also).

This is not about Putin helping to elect Biden.

Alternate reality fed by pro Russian misinformation machine. Biden is a highly experienced politician who worked through much of the Cold War. Thank the good Lord Biden was at the helm when Russia invaded Ukraine, illegally and counter to their reassurances that accumulating over 100k troops at the border was a harmless military exercise. Biden quickly and passionately rallied unity in western support for Ukraine.

As for your fact free claim that Putin helped to elect Biden -

Putin upped his anti to destabilize US via stimulating illegal immigration via misinformation and smuggling south of border after his guy Trump lost the election in 2020. He would have preferred Trump to lead the US into international isolation and vulnerability by withdrawing from NATO but his similarly criminal and amoral protege lost fair and square.

Sadly, Russia also uses disinformation and misinformation to try and turn Germans and Europeans against Ukraine. Fortunately, most of EU retains majority of strong support for Ukraine to end this horrific and pointless war.
