Salad, pasta, then a protein seems like overkill for one spur of the moment lunch. That’s a three course meal. There’s absolutely nothing wrong with pasta with butter or vodka sauce. Please note there is protein and fat in the butter and inside the cheese and heavy cream for the vodka sauce [/quote]
