We get enough in our normal diets, or alternatively in some multivitamins, in which you'll notice vit A is never given in large doses. Ingesting too much is toxic. Your kids could have liver damage, and you wouldn't know it if you didn't specifically check for liver enzymes. Foolish, foolish, person. [/quote]
