Hamas’s proxy is Netanyahu. Why hasn’t Netanyahu killed Sinwar yet? Israel does not want the Palestinian Authority to take over Gaza. They hated that Ismail Haniyeh was also saying he wanted a Western brokered  ceasefire /two state solution too.  They want Sinwar alive because he’s their man right now as he is not a moderate Palestinian voice and hates the word negotiation and is undetectable by Americans. I am sure Mossad knows which tunnel he is in but they need him alive to be a boogeyman for the already divided Israeli public and because Netanyahu knows he’ll likely go to jail once the war ends.
