It is on the 3800 block of 14th St. off Quincy St.   I'd rather not say the builder but there is a big sign out front.   I don't think there is an agent because they are rentals.

I don't know why the other poster is protecting the identity of the builder. You're seeing this a lot actually with MM - developers who specialize in SFH are speculating by newly entering the MFH market. And they're all rentals (even some of the 3-plexes), which goes against one of the goals of MM in the first place.[/quote]
