Other schools desperately need 2-3 ESOL teachers per grade level. Also, there needs to be code enforcement at some of these apartment buildings and houses where multiple families are packed into a couple rooms. This is not the job of the school system nor the teachers but it's terrible that localities look the other way and pretend it's not happening and expect schools to pick up the slack.[/quote]
