No. We already have a real military that they can join if they pass the requirements. Personally, I’d rather not give our criminals training in weapons and tactics.

What we should do is gather up those people and take them out to rural areas and force them to work the farms for a year. They can get out of it if they are studying or have gainful employment somewhere else.[/quote]
