By pulling instructional coaches back to the classroom, I think. Although there are more than 100. Most schools in FCPS now have one. Some even have multiple. Principals love them, but many teachers see them as data crunchers/principal lackeys. [/quote]

When you are in a staffing crisis, the county should prioritize. In my opinion as an educator, these positions are useless. My school used to have one, and I have now more classroom experience than the person who was the coach. Very few teachers find these positions useful. There should be no extras until as many classroom positions are filled.  [/quote]
