The applications for private schools were tripled in some cases. If there are less in the pool competing for AAP, then it will be easier for those in the pool to get in. [/quote] DP. I thought they did a survey on this and the vast majority of the kids in FCPS who went private/homeschool due to the pandemic were either kindergarten who probably redshirted or students with moderate to severe special needs whose parents did not feel distance learning would be useful.[/quote]
