Wrong.  Look up the eligibility requirements for the MoCo Maternity Partnership program.  It wasn't made for illegal immigrants, it was made for low income residents of the county.  Actual citizens are able to get the same services, provided they meet the eligibility requirements.  Illegal immigrants don't get eligibility by virtue of being illegal immigrants.

The women in that program are 100% undocumented immigrants.  There are 0 legal citizens in that program. Full stop.

Please, tell one of your low income Montgomery County legal citizens who meet the website requirements to go apply for the program. Let me know what happens.  Actually, let me save her some time and I’ll tell you right now. THE PROGRAM IS NOT FOR HER. [/quote]
