Yep, and this creates a huge deterrent to attracting competent folks to even want to engage in DC politics. If they know that hate speech will be openly used against them without repercussions, why would they even want to be involved?

And yes as someone mentioned above, I am soooo glad Washington has congressional oversight. I can't even begin to imaging the dudgeons we would Benin if the buck stopped with us.
