To make a statement that changing the name will erase decades of institutional racism is foolish. One million dollars is a lot to spend on something that will make no difference in the lives of the students. Picking a name like "Justice" is adding insult to injury. Justice is a good thing--but, it does not sound like a good name for a high school. Especially, in the current climate: Just-ICE; etc. It is also the name of a juvie high school. Poor choice.
