In diplomatic circles there are rumors.  Rumors about secret negotiations (which are most certainly occurring, although negotiations are meaningless if they fail to produce any agreement).

The rumor is:  March.  It’s rumored there could be a “ceasefire” in March if Ukraine:

- agrees to let Russia keep Crimea and promises not to join NATO, and 
- Ukraine receives security promises from certain other neighboring states.[/b]

However, Russian accession to such an agreement would be meaningless.  Russia “promised” right up to the start of the SWO, and assault on Kyiv / rape of Bucha that “Russia has no intention of invading Ukraine.” (Lol).

Russia cannot be trusted.  The Putin regime must be forced into collapse, or there will never be peace in Europe.[/quote]
