There have been numerous rumors and allegations of questionable practices within the organization, including instances of racism, abuse, and scandal (including inappropriate coach and parent relationships). From alleged fraudulent endeavors to ethical violations and potential cover-ups, these are not simply grievances from a few disgruntled parents. It’s important to scrutinize these issues thoroughly to ensure the safety and well-being of the players involved. It only takes one or two disgruntled parents to start so-called "rumors and allegations of questionable practices."  From my vantage point, there is absolutely nothing to substantiate any racism or "scandal," and the abuse is run-of-the-mill "coach screams too much" at kids (not saying that isn't bad, but it is pretty much present with almost every club, here and across the country at high levels).  The player/parent code of conduct thing, ok, we can see where that goes.  But you amplifying a whole lot of nothing in your post.[/quote]
