But where is the investment for your family’s future? Why not buy some non-luxury rental properties to get some steady passive income? I wouldn't trade my "regular" life with my husband and two adult kids for any part of that lifestyle. It sounds like pure HE ...LL to me to go to bed every night knowing that you were so far in debt, that your financial life was a sham, and that you were taking advantage of other people and their money.
