It's the teams fault not the goalie's fault, always. When a goalie is put in a position to have to play, that's the team's fault, not the goalies fault if it goes in, no matter what. The entire purpose of your defense is to make sure the goalie never has to touch the ball and should just be bored out of their mind standing in goal.
