Those who wrote detailed letters that perhaps highlighted strengths and weaknesses were probably penalized. I wonder if SWW even bothered to flag cut-and-pasted recommendations. To be clear, I don't blame the teachers many of whom are already overworked and didn't have time to write individualized letters. [/quote]
