I've seen this point about the wayback machine being referenced a number of times. In every case, it has been used by people who do not understand the wayback machine. It is a classic case of the ignorant leading the even more ignorant. In order for the wayback machine to mirror a website, it first has to know about the website. DePape's website had very little traffic and was essentially unknown. Therefore, it is not surprising that the website was not mirrored until recently.

Moreover, this link shows one of his websites was archived on August 24:

Do you believe that he is actually mentally ill and unstable and homeless due to hard drug use and other issues? Or do you believe that he is totally sane, his neighbors and ex are crazy and/or lying? And yeah, I know you are going to try and be clever and state "all MAGA are crazy." One poster behind the woman seems to be making a pun based on the similarity of George Bush's surname and slang for pubic hair. I can't read the second poster beyond "The origin of" so I can't comment on that.

I don't know how recently he has used drugs. He has a place to live so is not homeless. I don't know his current mental state. Many of the accounts in which you have put lots of credit are old. What we do know is his recent writing on blogs (oh, sorry, I mean the blogs that were written by conspirators to make MAGAs look bad). Also, none of the police or DOJ statements have said anything notable about his mental state.
