“This is why having femicidal misogynists deciding abortion policy is nutso.” Because lawyers wouldn’t have to be weighing in on how miserable, sick or dead to make a woman who just needs or wants an abortion if the femicidal misogynists didn’t insist on inserting themselves into women’s uteruses. The pp lawyer who laid out how the lawyer would reach the recommendation to not program the abortion was presenting the logical decision.  You just don’t want to admit how these statutes actually operate.  If you think the laws need to be clearer in permitting certain abortions, then you need to advocate for amendments to those laws.[/quote]
