No. Don’t do it again by creating a program that is difficult to abuse.

My point about PPP was that I’m guessing you didn’t worry so much about all of the various potential abuses when money went to corporations.

Anyway, the asset part was just one facet of the broader program I envision. But it’s important for the US to atone and it’s important to increase wealth in black communities.
