Those really awful projections for the Discovery boundaries were produced by an outside consultant, so I don’t know why people assume a consultant would be better predicting the future than the staff is.  It’s not exactly a precise science.[/quote]

Right.  People move.  People go to or leave private.  Arlington is full of parents who think they know better than everyone else when it comes to school related issues.  If they don't like the APS decision, there must have been something sinister going on behind the scenes.[/quote]
