MoCo has been growing.  Are there people moving out? Yes.  Just as there are people moving in. Hence, the explosion of development and over crowded schools.[/quote]

Have you see the trend of MCPS studnet pophlatin growth? Less white students, no growth in Blck students, slight growth in Asian students, but Hispanic students now are the largest group.  Yes, there are population growth but they are living in group family homes in wheaton, silver spring, Rockville, and monrgomery village.  Less people pay taxes.[/quote]

Because the population growth is not just coming from those populations. Because MoCo consists of more than those places. [/quote]
