Where and when have reporters "literally gotten some people killed"?  Do you also have examples of this aggressive behavior?  Because if memory serves, we've had some aggression towards reporters in recent months at the hands of Trump campaign managers and GOP congressman (Corey Lewandowski; Greg Gianforte) .... No acts of violence by reporters.
