What a callous and ignorant response! Do you also dismiss the Holocaust as "mere propagation of propaganda"? And should the Gazan experience be dismissed simply because you are profoundly racist? How would you like that standard applied to other minorities? There is credible evidence that doctors have been raped to death in Israeli prisons. We've all seen the footage of a prisoner in Sde Teiman being gang-raped; you must recall how many Israelis -- including Israeli leaders -- protested against holding the rapists accountable! Also, much of the evidence does not only come from Palestinian sources. It comes from several organizations that have been on the ground and witnessed atrocities or seen the evidence thereof. Credible evidence? There are claims made by Hamas operatives. Nothing more.

Read the books I've referenced, written by Israeli historians like Ilan Pappe (who, by the way, had to leave Israel because telling the truth earned him death threats from Zionist fanatics). You could find the video of the Palestinian prisoner in Sde Teiman being gang-raped quite easily on your own, but since you want to be spoon fed:

You must be aware that Israelis, including senior officials, protested outside the prison -- not because they were disgusted by the behavior of the prison staff, but because they did not want the perpetrators held accountable -- FOR RAPE! This was after the victim had to be hospitalized.

Sadly, some people are profoundly racist toward Palestinians and relish their abuse, as did those Israelis who tried to defend the Sde Teiman rape.

These concerns are not raised by "Hamas operatives" (whatever that is supposed to mean) or antisemites. Claiming so is a lazy, malicious, and ignorant way to try to deflect serious questions. Instead, these concerns are being aired by credible agents. Several countries and organizations (such as Amnesty International and Human Rights Watch) have accused Israel of committing genocide. Doctors without Borders have added their voices to the outrage. Independent journalists have risked (and lost) their lives attempting to document Israel's abuses.

The UN Human Rights Commission also determined that Israel is carrying out genocidal acts and systematically employing sexual violence as a tool to destroy the Palestinian people.
