Their issue right now is getting kids August - December to all move down an age group and all the chaos that that ensues. They have to be pretty firm on playing on age so they properly adjust to SY from BY.[/quote]

Agreed. I don't think a coaching staff will force August kids playing a grade lower to be on B teams of they are good enough to be on the A team.[/quote]
Nobody is forcing anyone to do anything. If they don't make the A team thats their grade Aug birthdays will have the opportunity to play on the B team thats their age or the B team thats a grade down.[/quote]
