I'm an Oak Hill parent that's north of Franklin Farm Rd.  I've left comments in the Explorer tool on Scenarios 1 and 2, that we wish to keep all of Oak Hill together at Carson and Skyview.   I think you need to do the same but specifically highlight you are the in the group that can walk to Franklin and that you view staying with the rest of Oak Hill as more important than being able to walk to Franklin.
