I'm a Dem but yeah, Dems have zero humor.  As people go, totally uptight and petty in terms of execution.  I've worked for both parties and while I subscribe to Dem platform, quite honestly, it was always easier and happier working for Reps.  They are just more relaxed as human beings.  I find Trump and his clan utterly disgusting but just saying in general, having experience with both political parties, the Dems can be quite a nightmare as people.  I don't really have an explanation but Dems are def more uptight!  [/quote]
I'm the PP who wrote that Trumps nicknames were funny. Both your response and the angry retorts by stung Democrats make total sense.

I never have and never will like Trump. My family is from one of the countries on his first term ban list. The effects of that decision were devastating for so many in my family. It was open season on us in terms of harassment from ICE, TSA, and other government agencies. And we're all highly educated greencard holders or citizens.

Having said that, funny is funny. The first time I heard "Crooked Hillary" I cracked a smile even though I really hate that man. His jabs at Jeb Bush? Comedy hour. There's nothing more painful than laughing hysterically even though you hate someone, but that's what happened.

The fact that the typically UMC, white DNC shills in this thread really don't understand that the average American and even immigrants like me find Trump's nicknames funny confirms yet again that something has gone wrong in the Democratic hierarchy. These are just not normal people. They are the veritable stereotype of elites in an echo chamber. Their disconnect with the rest of the country has had and will continue to have terrible repercussions for those of us who really do not need Republicans winning anything.[/quote]

I don't think you understand that it is completely inappropriate and disrespectful to the office of POTUS. Why don't you try giving everyone offensive nicknames at work and see how that goes for you? What if your kid gave nicknames like that to classmates? Would that make you proud as a parent?
