This is why it’s a big old mystery. I personally think we know that Patsy staged the scene. We  don’t know why and we may never know.

Or it was staged by John and Patsy. John didn't think about the knots and instinctively tied them implicating himself. With JB infections it's possible Burke was sexually abusing her. It seems odd John went and found the body. The goal was to lead the investigators to an intruder theory which never happened. It was either John or Burke. [/quote]
