[/quote] We have a spring break trip planned. We informed the coach(es) of our plans when DD receives offers, reviewed the tournament schedules, and notified DD’s club of choice before accepting. One club didn’t seem as understanding as the others, but three were absolutely OK with it, and appreciated the advanced notice so they could plan accordingly. [/quote]
